30-Day Return Policy
At ProMD Health, we stand behind the quality of our products, and we know that you'll love what we've created. However, if your item is delivered damaged or defective, you may request the return back within 48 hours, subject to this return policy section:
- You may return the product(s) to us by calling our Customer Support Team at 410-449-2060.
- Items that are damaged as a result of slight wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items.
- Returns are not applicable for products bought on promotions or sale items.
